Vesko Velev

Vesko Velev was born on March 18, 1956, in Karnare, region of Plovdiv. He graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia in 1985 with a degree in Painting (in the class of Prof. Ivan Kirkov). 

Today, Velev lives and works in Karnare and the village of Dalbok dol, region of Troyan. He woks with equal ease in painting, drawing, wood carving and plastic arts.

He has participated in 12 national, 13 international and 16 group exhibitions, as well as 30 solo exhibitions
